New “Smart” system automatically detects & fills
under-inflated tires with air.

MAXAIR is the only known tire pressure device for cars, light trucks, and SUV’s that both monitors and inflates tires to automatically maintain proper tire pressure to desired pre-set levels.

The TREAD Act requires certain new vehicles to have a tire pressure monitoring system. MAXAIR surpasses all TREAD Act requirements and it automatically supplies air to tires as needed.

Not only does this system virtually eliminate flat tires and blowouts, you can safely drive your vehicle to a repair facility in the event that your tire either needs to be repaired or replaced.

It has been shown that under inflated tires lead to tread separation and tire failure. In the U.S. last year alone, low tires resulted in 40,000 accidents, 33,000 injuries, and over 650 deaths. An improperly inflated tire not only increases fuel consumption but it also increases disposal costs of failed tires and the need for additional production of new tires, and adds excessive emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. It is estimated that annually in the U.S., maintaining proper tire pressure would save upwards of 5.0B gallons of fuel by improving gas mileage by 3.3% and would eliminate about 250 lbs., of carbon monoxide emissions per vehicle – or more than 57.5B lbs. of CO₂ per year.

This product concept and patents are available for the automobile manufacturers to have this ATMI system on all new vehicles, and could also be made available for after market. This safety feature seems to have been missing from new vehicles since right after the seat belt. It’s a matter of consumers demanding it and auto manufacturers making it available.
